I am a 40-year-old single woman living in the great state of New Jersey. I am currently in the process of adopting my first child from Vietnam – my DTV date (dossier-to-Vietnam) is 9/22. As an adult adoptee, I am truly thankful for adoption and believe it is a wonderful option for both children and parents. It’s a blessing in so many ways.
I live with someone special, and my two dogs, who are also very special. We are all awaiting our new family member.
When I’m not spending copious amounts of time on the internet, I’m worrying about the adoption and the situation in Vietnam. Perhaps spending copious amounts of time on the internet is the cause of the worrying? Probably, lol. But I’d worry even without the internet.
When I’m not on the internet, and not worrying, I work for a great company. I hold a Master’s Degree in Women’s History and a J.D. If I were rich, I’d spend the rest of my life in school learning.
